I don't know why they have the webs in the collar
like that....but they're 180 degs apart, and the
collar is in pretty good balance. I couldn't get it
perfectly on centers (see the prop nut), but got it
pretty good. I did mark the heavy side, and will use
it.
I don't think the heavy webs will make any difference.
