I watched a video the other day of a guy who mounted two motors on his ParkZone F-27 Stryker and hooked up their throttles to be differentially adjustable via the rudder channel. So they'd accelerate together on throttle-up, then if he moved the rudder, one would start going much faster than the other.

Flat spins like you wouldn't believe, practically hovering in place. It was wild to watch.
