I just took out my OS VZ-B V-Spec and replaced it with the new RB C5BB and dear mother of god that thing tears *****! This engine has seen break in (heat cycled it) and tuning and it flies. I haven't had much exposure to a wide variety of engines but IMO this engine is a slayer.

What's the economy of it compared to the v-spec?
I payed about $400 for the V-Spec when I bought my 777, got a bit of a deal, I got a sweet deal on the C5BB though, payed just under $600 Canadian for it and I've seen it for over $600 US. If you want to spend the money, IMO this engine is great, easy to tune, holds it well and rips the track apart.
