Thanks Brian for your input on this matter. I did an exhaustive search awhile back on this forum when I was trying to decide if I wanted to go with glow or gas for my WH baby edge. Your past posts along with many others is what prompted me to start this project in the first place. I have several years experience with heli glow engines and the dredged midrange carb problems. I am confident that this mod I have in mind should make a positive difference in the overall performance of the 1.60 and this is what the engineers at OS should have done from the start. That’s why they designed the FI system for the big block 1.40 and 1.60 motors for the FAI guys, because they knew they had fuel draw problems, bla, bla ,bla….Thanks for your offer for a good deal on the Jett muffler however, I have already mounted mine and that makes it non-returnable I’m afraid. I welcome any other suggestions form you or anyone else as this project continues.
