If it is, by what sort of miracle this happens to the whole wing in a turn ( projected surface smaller than when flat, hence less less lift), so much so that you have to compensate loss lift by a little elevator (increase lift) to not loose altitude ? if it's true for the whole wing, why would not it be for half of it ?
