Default RE: Cessna-182 4-ch RTF Airplane*New Build

The included transmitter does the job but not much more. As far as hanging on to it?? Why not... it works and it is reasonably durable for what it is but the servos are pretty nasty so I couldn't say how long they would last but in stock form it would definately work well as a trainer.

I personally would not remove the radio gear to transplant it into another plane but some people would, and I guess it's entirely possible to do so. All I'm saying is that I wouldn't rely on this radio system as your main system, and don't expect to be able to run three or four other planes with it.

I only have the three channel version but I'm about to mod the wing for ailerons, replace the RX and servos and run it as a 4 channel plane with my GWS TX when I get around to it. I've just added ailerons to my GWS Slow Stick but I've not flown it yet with this mod. The Cessna has been hanging on the wall for a while so I'll take it out in a day or two to get rid of the cob webs!!
