A very small pair of needle nose pliers is the best way to get them out so they don't fly out and get lost... there very very easy to lose. Theres no point in using brand new ones unless you bend up or lose the clip thats in there now because all they do is hold the wrist pin in place. I personally never used new ones even after resleving a motor 3 times. By the end of the 3rd sleve the crank bearings were finished too.
