your trying too hard! take it from me. don't worry about it. just pay attention to making sure the horn locations are the same on all ailerons. bottom left same as bottom right. top left same as top right. the connecting rod won't be in perfect parallel with the aft N strut but that is okay. I put double stick tape on the horns (after drilling a few holes) so I wouldn't keep drilling more holes to help with the alignment. worry about the bottom throw if anything and the top will happen. just make sure you don't go over center on the top horn (when it's deflected fully up or down)or you might get a hang up in flight. hope that helps. the plane flies well despite the flaws in the set up instructions.
