If you knew the number, what could you do with it?
There's no way for that number to be related to the airplane when you're not in the airplane reading a gauge.
The plane is telling you it's not happy with what you are doing.
Don't do that any more..
Find out what the plane needs... it sounds like more power.
The airspeed it will fly at will be whatever you can find that it will fly at.
