It's not worth the money. The claims are outrageous. Top speed would be about 20 MPH. It uses the same running gear except for the water-cooled engine as the ABC Hobby boat that went by the name of Laserline. The outboard uses 2 belts to get the power down to the propshaft with a jackshaft in between. Break a belt then have fun trying to get a replacement. It's a very inefficient system. I think that they bought all of the ABC Hobby molds and have changed the names.
RCBM did a review on it and even they had trouble saying anything good. I have the issue somewhere in my pile.
You'd be much better off buying anything else in its price range.
