People are saying that Super Tigre quality has gone downhill pretty badly, and I'm inclined to believe it. Some friends and I spent hours this summer trying to get a GS45 running right, to no avail. It was a hunk of junk. When Great Planes took over Super Tigre, they valued the dollar over the reputation of the product and moved the production to China. They've become poorly made engines, and I'd not recommend them to anyone. They aren't what they once were.
