Hello and welcome back everyone. Sorry to have been away from the project for SOOO long. Too many distractions in the form of a floatplane project, diversion to electric flying (the entire range of GWS electric warbirds), rebuild of the floatplane (dang wing came off at 200 feet) and so on. But now I'm back to my favorite project.

Getting mech retracts to sit just right is more than an exercise in utter frustration. At times you just want to give up and go with fixed LG, but I think I finally managed to get it right. It might not look the prettiest inside the wing, but now they work OK. Here's some pictures to start with:
