Now looking at THAT Red doesn't make me feel all that bad.

Gear door being prepped, Dion's way:

Pic 1: Monokote over sheeted wing bottom

Pic 2: 4 layers of 5 oz. fiberglass laid over Monokote with 70% Z-Poxy and 30% alcohol ([sm=idea.gif] to be completely honest, I sneaked some surgical spirit out of my OR and used it instead of alcohol)
