I don't really know what the engine settings should be in the cold. I am just going to start it up and fiddle with it until it doesn't stall!!

I know what you mean mate, I really don't expect an official response any more. Just aswell the forum members are so clued up and helpful.
I just wish CEN would take into account that their customer service outside the US is
