Altavista crapped out when I tried to use it to translate the pages ; Google (http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en) did a bit better, translating about the first half of each page. Although there are some funny aspects to the translation, you can still get the gist of it. Seems like there are some people upset about the fact that certain turbine parts are disintegrating and "flying past their ears" when they try to run their engines.
