ok so your racing more then bashing, you would probably want to spend a good few dollars on an engine then. If your not comfortable with tunning o.s. vzb v-spec, or an rb w7 sIII, novarossi s421b. Something with good top end, 'cause the track looks long.

Probablly forget the badlands, and go for a more dedicated race tire. hard to make a comment about race tires with out running on the track.
