On the same page as the link there is a link to a 2 speed diagram that will have the part numbers for the spurs.
You don't have to order from them any of the vendors mentioned in the CEN forum will have the parts just pick the closest one. It is just an easy way to find the part numbers and to see how it goes together.

It sound like the problem is either stripped spurs or the gear mesh is wrong. If you do a search for "gear mesh" in the CEN forum it will save alot of typing by me or someone else.
