There could be a number of things going on to cause this problem.
On your transmitter when you set up this plane did you start with a fresh memory? If you did check the following setting, ATV make sure these are set at 100% then adjust them from that point. Then check your (Dual Rate setting to make sure they are at the proper setting. Make sure to recheck your servo and control horn to make sure it is centered and at 90 degrees. You should find the problem in one of these areas.
