You said you know all about equalizing a pack. Do you have an equalizing tray? if they are GP I would recommend the Zero V by much more they will take your cells to dead flat. I had packs that were similar and after I left them on the Zero V for like 15-20 mins (some racers I know leave them on there for days) when I recharged the packs again they went back to holding 3400 mah from 2700 mah. I too have a 20 amp discharge function on my Charger and it won't equalize the packs.
