Look in the yellow pages under "Psychiatrist." Sorry, couldn't resist.

Any of the engines you named should do well. Are you planning to run the plane in a particular racing class? If yes rhen get the biggest Jett that will comply. If it's for fun I'd go with the Rossi. Similar performance to the Jett 40 for a lot less money.
