Thanks, Jaless. I appreciate your help. I understand bdavison has his opinion and that his opinion is very much respected on this forum. I just feel strongly that the sim has helped me and he is entitled to his opinion. I am just not willing to go out and continually crash my helicopter until it has to be totally rebuilt or replaced in order to learn how to fly it. I learned that on one of my first airplanes. The simulator has been a great help. I know I will crash it I just want to try and prepare as best I can. I am a flight engineer in the Air Force and the simulators that we fly don't really handle like the actual plane either but they are a tremendous help regardless of what some of us may think.
