Thank you for the reply. I am also working on the elevator pull-pull set up, and I am going to use the stock hardware, but instead of the stock control arm, I will be using the DuBro control horn arm as a replacement (DuBro# 878 or Tower Hobbies stock # LXKLV3). With this longer arm, I am able to have the connecting point lined up with the hinge line, and I hope this combination will hold up well.
