The problem might be something to do with the exhaust if that is the case. The fuel is forced down the pipes by the pressure from the exhaust silencer. Try taking the exhaust off and check there is nothing blocking the gasses and also have a look at the connection on the fuel tank, maybe something impeding the pressure from there. Worth a try anyway!
