Question: any opinions on flying with or without the cowl installed? The airplane certainly looks better with the cowl installed. I've flown it both ways. Perhaps a little less wind noise when the throttle is pulled back coming down the backside of a loop, etc. Also, don't seem to have to carry as much power during final approach to landing, but maybe I'm just dreaming. Most of the various 3D ARF's I've seen flying at our field are usually lacking the cowl.
