Default art tech cessna problem!!

hi. i dont post much here, but read all the time... anyways i have an art tech cessna 182, when i fist got it, i could take off no problem from the ground, lots of power, on the stock pack and the lipo.... i flew the plane 3 or four times only, and on the last time, i broke a prop, and didnt fly for a couple weeks...

i tried the other day, i had fresh charged batterys, i tested em with a voltmeter, the plane just will not take off, the best it got was 2 feet up the the tail hanging horribly till it flipped and broke prop (again) and wing..... fix wing no problem, put on new prop and still the same. seems like there is 1/2 power or a little better, i checked everything over 6 times..... motor shaft isnt bent, although it seems i can pull it out a .mm or so, push it back in the same.

could it be my motor? esc? my battereys have been charged/discharged 6-7 times only, im sure there good. oh i also added deans ultra plugs to both batts and plane.that should make things better, not worse.

any help appreciated.
