The only way that mine will hold a knife is wide open and into a good strong wind, then only for about 100 yards or so. I think SIG needs to remove the part of their ad that states " Lay it up on it's side and knife edge into the next county " Them folks must have been standing on the county line !!!. I think it may need a taller fuse to give it more lift. Other than that this is the must fun I've ever had flying an RC plane.

The amount of wind has nothing to do with flying knife edge. As long as the wind is not turbulent the plane doesn't know if the wind is calm or 100 mph. Of course the speed accross the ground will vary but the airspeed will be identical asnd that is what count
