I am confused. As Todd said early on this thread: don't you get a TX & RX with the Shulman set-up? The CVS thing just stores video for download after landing, right? Don't get me wrong, I would definitely take the do-it-yourself route, but it sounds like we are comparing apples & oranges.

Me and PulseJet Harry just bought a 380 line CCD 2.4 GHz with audio set-up from Walmart for $78. Works pretty good, but the range could be better.

Go to shulmanaviation.com and look at his main page. As you can tell the camera that he is selling for 225.00 are the CVS camcorders that we are all talking about here.
