Default RE: Vectorflight Edge 540 build

It probably only takes most VF Edge owners a few minutes,,(3 to 5 mins) but my wingset and joiner is brand new and the 1/4" steel bolt must still be wrenched on to get it through the joiner. I guess I could have enlarged the hole like I did the first one but I wanted to leave the tight fit alone. With another person holding the wing halves it takes even less time.

1. Plane on it's back in stand. Slide the two wing halves in place .
2. Insert the joiner bolt, add washer and wingnut,, tighten.
3. Connect the aileron servos. Add the two nylon wingnuts to the nylon trailing edge support bolts
4. Slip the belly pan on and tighten the two screws holding it on.

I guess it's really not that bad after things wear in a little . And I see that the new fuse design has the recessed wing root area that makes it even better. Those of us with the older design need to eyeball everything more checking for gap.
