Default RE: Vectorflight Edge 540 build

It takes me a little bit longer to put it together in the feild. One of the perks having big hands. The bolt that is closest to the fuse always givess me a little grief casuse i could never seem to thread the wing nut on. After joiner the wings I thread in the nylon wing bolts on the TE to suck in the gap i get on the fuse. Those nylon bolts need to be tightened with a allen key, if they were hand tightened they will just back right out of the threaded inserts. After that i put the belly pan on, and after buying the newly designed belly pan it does cut down the time on installing that. I would say it takes me about 5-8 minutes to get it up going.
This doesn't distract me at all becasue the guys with the 40% at our feild are taking a lot longer to get ready. I dont really have a toss around plane so this VF edge goes everytime i go to the field. Once i get my Wildhare 28% edge that i have my eye on, then that plane will become my weekend plane.
