Some of you ARF'ers just don't get it, do you? For the most part IT IS NOT ARFs THAT WE DON'T LIKE! It is the fact that there is no skill or craftsmanship involved in assembling an ARF. ARFs are dumbing down the hobby!! ANYONE who has some money to spend can buy an ARF to play with. And there is nothing wrong with that -- if that is all you want out of the hobby. But when some of us are discussing the shortcomings of some ARFs and what their prevalence is doing to the hobby, don't get all defensive and make excuses and insist that many ARFs are excellent quality. We know that there are many ARFs that are built straighter, better and finished better than most of us could ever achieve. But they are still ARFs that required only a minimal investment of time, emotion and no craftsmanship on the part of the buyer/flyer. What is it about this that is so difficult to understand??[sm=confused.gif]
