Actually most. You will have to sift thru the chaff but that shouldn't be too hard. Take your time on the assembly and you should be fine. As John said, SIG does great kits/instructions.
I personally recommend a good wood glue (Tite Bond II, Elmers) for the majority of the assembly but if you do choose the CA route please make sure to avoid breathing the fumes or getting them in your eyes. A fan drawing the fumes away is a good way to go
