what is the difference between the Hr1 and the MC-1?

Got this info from their web site and their Tech Dude. Pretty much the same specs for both, but the HR 1 is specifically designed for power valve engines, is red in colour and recommended at a mixing ratio of between 30 - 50 :1, while the MC 1 is blue green and recommended at a mixing ratio of 50 - 80:1.
