The problem wound up being the fuse. The bolt and dowel holes were improperly drilled. A little shot of liquor to calm the nerves from working on this thing help me figure out a "decent" solution without have to replace the fuse. I had already dremeled out the stock servo try and fabricated my own that has twin elevator servos. I moved the throttle servo to its own tray closer to the front. Now, its just like any other ARF.
