Default 2 speed transmission , 20 cell electric or 3.2 cc nitro for dragster competition,whats best?

we have a dragster race and the electric specs are 20 cell(24 v) and nitro specification is a maximum of 3.2 cc engine.Which are the probable options- brushed ,brushless or nitro.
How should the transmission be then, the single or multi speed ones?
