The CV-R is a non-pullstart engine. So unless you wanted to replace the crankshaft, get a new backplate, deal with bad engine timing, and figure a way to make a roto-start fit on it. I would say no.

I'm thinking you don't have a starter box, and that's why you wanted a roto start.
If you do already have a starter box, then a roto start would pretty much be a waste anyway.
