Finally got around to cutting the cowling for the YS 110. When I moved the motor forward to get the spinner clearance I wanted, the front of the cowl hits the head so I had to completely open up the front of the cowl instead of using the dual slot as I hoped. Oh well. It looks fine and fits well now. I also didn't cut the three slots in the back, since I opened the front up so much, I also opened the back. I need to paint the gear plate area inside black so that model looks finished. Test flights should be late this week or early next week. Icepoint gear and canopy are going to work well and look very good.
