I had that problem also with my RC10 GT, turn your HSN all the way in clockwise but dont torque it down, from there, turn it two full turn's out and that should be good to go, also, remove your airfilter and look down in there, make sure when it is at idle that it is opened up about the size of a quarter standing up on it's side, you may be getting to much fuel...
