First of all the Jato is an absolute turd around the track when compared to a losi or AE set up to race.Second whats so revolutionary about the revo many vehicles(even MTs) have had a pushrod and rocker setup. Also its not the all mighty super handler most people say it is, you can pound an lst around a track allot harder without worrying about rolling it.too many people have this idea that traxxas is the holy grail of rc because its all they have ever owned.with the exception of the revo everything they sell is dead last in there class when it comes to track performance and reliability
Anything will sell when you spend oodles of money on advertising, doesnt mean its a good product.Kyosho,Mugen,Xray,Thundertiger and others just let the product do the talking, no need for a 15 page spread in a magazine every month.
I dont refuse to run traxxas check the sig.i actually run a revo
I just dont like the image portrayed that traxxas is the absolute best, on the same token those savage all the way guys make me laugh just as hard.I guess what Im saying is there are people out there who will only run one companies product and they are so fiercely defensive of that brand they will not run anything else even if its a much lower quality product. The jato with me just seemd to either push or fishtale on power, it wasnt mine so I didnt want to do any setup changes it just never felt as punchy or planted as a xxx-nt.
If traxxas got into the buggy market i couldn't see them as anything but a me too product
Haulin bass,
You're the only sign of intellegence I think I've seen on the universe.
