ORIGINAL: solafein
I like building with wood glue as it allows me plenty of time to get things right, but every kit I look at recommends CA. The stuff makes me want to hurl in large quantities. Is there a problem with wood glue in light of modern adhesives?
I used CA to build one wing of a Sig Ultimate Fun Fly and it will be the last time for me. I prefer aliphatic resin, Titebond II to be specific. I like having the working time as you mentioned. I use CA for limited and very specific applications.
