should stick a big poster on their front door:

"Under New Management; their all !"

if they take it down make smaller ones and post them on all the telephone poles around their shop. that's public domain and you're allowed free speech

then don't go back unless they give you some free stuff. even if it is just their time helping you understand your car/truck.
