It would appear that the OTOP is similar to that of the Impact, with the exception that the finish and construction are better and the fact that the OTOP is far cheaper. Based on that it would be fair to say that the basic assumption is that if it flys the same as the Impact then it's a great deal, but if it fly's better then it's the deal of the year. I don't really think it's a mystery it's just a better deal.
