Yep, there IS that much difference. 30% really makes the 4 stroke engines sing. Not that much difference on the 2 strokes. Not only more power but great/better transition also. Also, more oil content for better lube and engine life. A side benefit, you get better mileage so overall it doesn't cost as much more as you might think.
