It is NOT a Tiger; look at the tail. The Tiger is basically a low-wing Eagle, and most definitely does not feature split elevators. Also, the vertical fin on this plane is smaller and sitting well behind the LE of the horizontal stab.

I'll agree that this model has the same general outline of a Sky Tiger/Tiger II. But unless somebody did major modifications to the tail feathers and other areas, this isn't one.
