How do I tell which kit the one I am looking at is?
I have flown my Mav's out of some very short fields (400-450 feet) and have had no problems at all with takeoffs. You will need brakes to stop short on landing. If you hit the numbers on landing expect only a 200 foot roll with brakes.
Well the deal I am looking at doesn't come with brakes so for my 450ft runway sounds like I may need to add them.
Power it with a BVM .91 or .96 for best reliability.
Well the deal comes with a NIB BVM .96
Was this kit ever reviewed in RCJI? if it was does anybody have a copy they could send me?
