I didn't know that. I wonder how the reps feel about supporting a product when it wasn't bought directly from BVM, but rather from somebody else that had purchased it first?
Well I had been sitting on the fence for a month or so deliberating over what to buy for my first jet. I had heard plenty of excellent reports about both BVM products and their after-sales service.
So with the distinct
lack of customer service from a few of the other manufacturers and their reps, that I had made inquiries with, I decided it was time to forget about them and join the family, so to speak!
I just hope my experience is as good as everybody says it will be!
