Your high speed needle and low speed needle with also effect your idle. I would retune the motor and see if it helps. Sounds like the motor is loading up with fuel and choking out. These motors tend to do that. I have 1 truck that just will not idle. You have to tickle the throttle constantly to keep it running if it sits still. I might be able to fix it if I would take the time to tinker with it.

I would lean out your LSN just 1/8 a turn and see if that helps.
