I decided on a unique WWII color scheme of Pilot Lt Col Donald K Yost, CO of VMF-351, USS Cape Gloucester, July 1945 (see pic Below)
Did you happen to find any other pictures of this plane (top view, front view, etc...) in addition to the pic that I scanned from my book?
