CNC milling and stamping have nothing to do with the alloying elements. CNC milling is a process of machining intricate parts to exact specs, stamping is used for stamping flat parts out of aluminum alloy. The aluminum starts out in billet or sheet form with the alloying elements already mixed into it to form an alloy before the machining process even begins.
