Default RE: U-Can-Do 3d 46?

ORIGINAL: Barry Cazier

Also, sometimes I reverse the ailerons and try to fly. People do that all the time and crash. I figure I'll practice it and then if I do it sometime it won't be a big deal.

Another one...set up two of your planes exactly the same way with your radio and fly them both at the same time. A new take on pattern flying. That'll keep things interesting.

Thanks

Hell, Barry, you're not "Cazier," you're "Crazier"! I HAVE tried reversing ailerons (A Twist, .50 O.S.: picked up the wrong radio, right model #, bad preflight check. The ailerons moved, after all, just the wrong way! I didn't notice). I said to myself when I discovered the problem, in flight, "Well, this is inverted flight. I can do this. Picture the bird inverted. The up and down was NOT reversed, but what the hell. I got turned back toward the field, doing just fine, but ran into the sun, then couldn't see through a tree between me and the bird. I augered in.

But two planes at once? What an imagination you have. That one will keep me up nights--dreaming of the impossibilities--and the POSSIBILITIES. Wow!

Now, tell me true, Crazier. Have YOU ever tried two plance all to onct, one transmitter? Have you ever SEEN it done? HEARD of it being done? I have a Twist with a .45 Super Tigre and one with a Saito, 82a. I love them both, but you have me dreaming of putting them BOTH in the air at the same time. What a show THAT would be.
