I have an e-flite Mini Edge 540. Fun little plane, but lands at about mach 2. I'll be darned if I can set her down without a good bounce.

My radio is capable of using Flaperons, where the two ailerons double as flaps. Both extend down, but still function as ailerons (I know most people are saying DUH! right now, so sorry for the over explanation).

Anyhoo.... my question is, will flaperons help slow down an Edge? I don't know if there is anything inherant about a stunt plane like this that is not conducive to flaps. Before I try it out, I thought I'd ask.
